New Community Vision:

Redefining Home Through Shared Living & Vibrant Connection

Our approach

New Community Vision is designed to foster vibrant communities and redefine home through shared living. Our organization addresses the acute loneliness and housing crisis prevalent today. Given that 37 million American adults live alone, it is our goal to create high-functioning, harmonious co-living environments that are "clean, cute, charming, and well-managed."

We are starting by hosting gatherings that build genuine connections. This encourages camaraderie and reduces loneliness. This also helps you achieve a predictable, supportive, and affordable living solution, one in which contributions such as household chores and companionship are valued.

Home, Together: Innovative Approaches to Shared Housing and Aging in Community

Do you long for a community that knows, accepts, and appreciates you?

Ironically, although everyone wants this, it is far too rare. So we are crafting Relaxed Gatherings for Genuine Connection & Community.

Our first gathering will be a reception that offers real connection, real solutions, and a hopeful path forward for those exploring shared living.

Designed to be safe, friendly environments, we want you to feel comfortable, accepted, and appreciated. By offering these opportunities for genuine connection, New Community Vision helps individuals discover like-minded people.

Find Your Place, Join Our First Gathering.

Gather to discuss home sharing

At New Community Vision, we believe that living with others shouldn’t be a last resort. It can be a joyful, elegant, and healing choice—one that builds stronger individuals and communities.

Join us as we redefine home and reconnect the world—one house, one hub, one human at a time.

Women-Led Real Estate Development

We believe women bring unique strengths to community building—collaboration, compassion, and a focus on well-being. That’s why New Community Vision is developing a women-owned real estate initiative to create nurturing homes and spaces designed for connection, not just profit.

Bringing Back Community Spaces

We’re reimagining neighborhood hubs—those beloved gathering spaces, like diners, gardens, and community centers—as warm, inclusive places where people can meet up, share meals, and feel a sense of belonging.

“Having someone wonder where you are when you don't come home at night is a very old human need. ”
