Women-Led Real Estate Development
Building Homes and Hospitality Through a Community-Centered Lens
At New Community Vision, we are actively forming a women-owned real estate development team to create tangible solutions to the housing and loneliness crises. We believe that women bring vital relational intelligence, collaborative strength, and diverse expertise to the work of building nurturing, high-functioning communities.
We are currently:
Building a team of professionals in law, real estate, construction, finance, and design
Seeking funding and strategic partnerships to develop properties and community spaces
Collaborating with local leaders and changemakers to design a replicable template for expansion
This initiative is more than business—it’s a bold, inclusive model for addressing systemic needs with care. We welcome others who are passionate about housing, hospitality, and healing to join us in shaping a nationwide network of community-focused spaces, led by women and open to all.
Reviving Community Spaces
We believe neighborhoods thrive when people have a space to gather outside their homes. That’s why we plan to launch:
Multipurpose Community Hubs: Spaces that can host dance nights, community meetings, lectures, healing workshops, community gardens, and more.
Co-op Diners: They are not only nostalgic, they are welcoming spaces that serve food from breakfast to dinner, run by food service cooperatives.
These projects will be financially sustainable, not profit-driven, offering a vital alternative to commercial spaces that prioritize profit over connection.
